He said the occupation uses a policy of collective punishment to put pressure on Palestinians, stressing that there is a desire on Israel’s part to continue forced displacement operations against Palestinians.

He pointed out that the Observatory documented the destruction by the Israeli occupation of 70% of civilian installations in the Gaza Strip, in addition to documenting the death and injuries of dozens of Palestinians in an Israeli bombardment that targeted a house from the Nuseirat camp, in the center of the Strip.

The head of the Observatory called on the international community to force Israel to allow hundreds of thousands of people forcibly displaced from Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip to return to their areas of residence, stressing that The Israeli attack on Palestinian Rafah effectively ended the conflict. so-called security zone which was the last refuge of displaced people.
