Al-Duwaini pointed out that this study came to clarify for us an era that has been wrongly described as stagnation other than reality, because the study contained examples of judicial applications of our judges, who were truly industrious scholars , who worked diligently. in legal decisions and excelled in relating them to reality, emphasizing that it is unfair to describe Islamic jurisprudence in the Ottoman era as stagnation, if it had stagnated, it would not have succeeded in integrating the new rules, which was not the case. happen, which means that seriousness and diligence continued at that time.
